This is a "community-based" experience, as the Skool community encourages member engagement and collaboration for added motivation, encouragement, and most of all FUN!
You definitely can! A gym membership isn't necessary. Of course, gym workouts are not comparable to home workouts, and the gym will always yield the best results.
